| Purpose of Funding
Provide grants for various projects to include green infrastructure, stormwater management, management & restoration and stormwater-related planning. These projects are anticipated to bring water quality and quantity improvements to New Jersey's waters.

$8,968,002.24 Section 319(h) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq., commonly referred to as the Federal Clean Water Act or CWA).
$4,243,625.74 Section 604(b) of the federal Clean Water Act under the Clean Water Act Sections 205(j) and 303(e).

Who is Eligible
State, regional and local government units within New Jersey, designated water quality management planning agencies, state universities and colleges, interstate agencies of which New Jersey is a member, watershed and water resource associations and other local nonprofit organizations (Section 501(c)(3).
